Salt Truck & Plow truck Operator

Do you love snow? Are you looking to work outside where you can make a difference in a professional and positive work environment? Landforms is seeking one salt truck/plow truck operator to service sites in Metro Detroit. Snow operators are required to operate equipment, pick up materials from local vendors, and maintain safety standards while plowing and salting commercial sites. We are conveniently located in Canton, MI, just off I-275 and Michigan Avenue. As the decision-maker on your route, you will be responsible for doing what is necessary to get the job done.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years prior snow removal  experience

  • Chauffeur's or commercial drivers license

  • Working outside in cold weather

  • Operating commercial vehicles and construction equipment

  • Picking up materials from local vendors

  • Maintaining safety standards

  • Making it to work within one hour of snowfall

  • Using a smartphone to communicate with crew leaders
