Our Story
Brian Kazak, as student at Michigan State University, founded Landforms Inc. in 1997. The company’s first landscape construction projects were in the East Lansing area. After graduating with a degree in Landscape Horticulture, Brian relocated Landforms to Farmington, Michigan. Further growth led Landforms to look for land to purchase and moved to Livingston County. While in Livingston county Landforms Farm was established with the initial planting of 700 trees on 10 acres. Since the bulk of our clients were in Wayne, Oakland and Washtenaw counties, Landforms relocated to Canton in 2013. This move decreased employee travel time and increased winter response times.
Today, Landforms is a full service landscape and exterior facility management firm located in Canton, Michigan. Our company was built on the foundation of providing our clients with excellent products and outstanding service while also taking care of our employees.
Our residential division focuses on landscape design, construction and maintenance. We blend our strong creative design and horticultural knowledge with the experience and skill of our craftsman to create beautiful outdoor spaces.
Our Commercial division provides a single point of contact for all aspects of exterior facility management. We provide snow removal, landscape construction, weekly maintenance, porter and site services for commercial, industrial and multifamily sites.
