Job Description

Landforms is currently seeking a Landscape Mowing Foreman to oversee a crews of up to 3 people, ensure proper execution of all tasks within the allotted time, conduct site inspections, ensure that all machinery and equipment is field maintained, serve as the first line of customer contact on job sites, and ensure quality customer service. Crew Leaders are required to perform services such as lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks. As the decision-maker on the job site, you will be responsible for doing what is necessary to get the job done.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years prior landscape maintenance experience with 3 years as a crew leader

  • Being creative with the ability to solve problems and an eye for detail

  • Work year-round in an outdoor environment

  • Ability to operate vehicles and construction equipment

  • Able to operate a smartphone, send and receive emails, and take digital photos.
