Landscape Maintenance — Crew Leader & Assistant Crew Leader

Job Description

Landforms is currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader and Assistant Crew Leader to oversee crews of up to 4 people, ensure proper execution of all tasks within the allotted time, conduct site inspections, ensure that all machinery and equipment are field maintained, serve as the first line of customer contact on job sites, and ensure quality customer service. Crew Leaders are required to perform services such as lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks. As the decision-maker on the job site, you will be responsible for doing what is necessary to get the job done.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years prior landscape maintenance experience with 3 years as a crew leader

  • Chauffeur's or commercial drivers license

  • Work year-round in an outdoor environment

  • Ability to operate vehicles and lawn maintenance equipment

  • Able to operate a smartphone, send and receive emails, and take digital photos
