The Best Annual Combinations

IMG_5945Flowers 1 annuals 1 IMG_2124When planting annuals there are several things that you need to think about. You want to stagger the height of the plants as well as vary the color.  A mass planting looks good in some situations, but when you vary color and height it really makes your flowers stand out For lower plants we like to use begonias, or petunias (Wave give you the most bang for your buck)Argeritum also make a nice border. For the back rows try tall Marigolds, Salvia or even some tropicals like canna. These combinations will make your beds pop. When we did all of the flower displays at Twelve oaks mall in Novi we would always utilize two or three color and height combinations.
